At GOAT, we strive to ensure every purchase meets our high standards of quality and authenticity. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return for GOAT Credit within three days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Open the GOAT app and navigate to your orders page to request a return within the three-day delivery window.

• 2.
  Verification Review

  Wait for our team to review your request and provide a prepaid shipping label once the return is authorized.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the items in their original condition and packaging, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Authentication and Credit

  Once your return is received and passes our multi-point authentication check, your GOAT Credit will be issued to your account.
